Erick is hands down the best barber in Phoenix. After jumping between barbers for years, I found Erick at Brigade and haven’t looked back. What sets him apart is his attention to detail, ability to adjust on the fly, and the effort he puts into getting to know his clients. My only “complaint” is he’ll sometimes run over the appointment time because he cares more about getting your haircut perfect than rushing you out of the chair.

I’ve been going to Brigade since they opened and cannot recommend them highly enough. Erick has been cutting my hair every other week for the past five years and to say I am a loyal customer is an understatement. He takes his time and makes sure my cut is perfect every time. I highly recommend anyone at the shop, in the ten years I have been going there they have had very little turnover. You can tell that the owners care about their barbers, their clients and their reputation.

I’ve gotten my hair cut faded twice hear from a recommendation from a friend. And every time I’ve gotten it cut by the same guy he has butchered my hair. Do not get your fade done by Eric cause it will be a waste of time and money. I told him fade my hair and clean up the top and he did a 1 on sides and back and finger length on the top.
