I wholeheartedly recommend Briers and, more specifically, Cherie. I've shopped here at various times over the last 25 years, and I've always had a positive experience. I bought a Briers couch about a year ago, and at the time both ordering and delivery was seamless. About a year later my purchase, I noticed a hole in the bottom of the couch and they offered to fix it free of charge as they had additional fabric available from when they initially made the couch. I can’t say enough good things about Briers Home Furnishings. I purchased the Debbie Queen storage bed in cream and it’s absolutely gorgeous in person! It's beautifully made, and elevates the entire look of my bedroom. My entire purchasing experience has been incredible. When I went to pick up the bed from their warehouse, I made the rookie mistake of not measuring my car properly. Guy and David went above and beyond to help me. Fantastic experience at Briers! The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the customer service exceeded our expectations. The team was professional and caring. Cherie was a huge help in the designing and planning while David made the delivery easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
