My experience seems to be unique - so not sure if this is completely representative of the firm as a whole, but my advice is to keep an eye on your policy, as this firm is not proactive. And if you do run into a jam - you are on your own and may end up without insurance (or a refund for unused portion) due to agency's lack of attention to detail in the first place.
