Dr. Johnson was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made sure I could understand the procedure, and he also clearly explained the financials himself, ensuring that I had no problems at all from start to finish. Please make an effort to understand your insurance. Found out we were not covered after your staff verified my insurance card prior to the treatment and detailed the procedure that you would follow to get reimbursed. Treatment was performed and we were notified several weeks later it was not covered. Fortunately or unfortunately insurance coverage is a fact of life and your practice failed at understanding proper communication with patient with regards to this.
Dr. Johnson and his assistant are a great team. They did an excellent job in treating my root canal problem.
Dr. Johnson and his staff were friendly and wonderful. Dr. Johnson is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and TRUSTHWORTHY! He is very honest for you which is key to a great endodontics. Highly recommend you go to Brier Creek Endodontics for any root canal work that may be required. They did a consult and were very truthful on whether or not I required a root canal or not at this time.
Dental procedures can often be scary, but the staff and Dr. Johnson are amazing! They walked me through each step of the process, which helped to calm my nerves and everything went great!
