I was referred to this practice by my dentist’s office (May 2025) and while the Endodontist and Endo Assistant were cordial, the overall services or lack thereof received from this practice have been disappointing at best. This dental practice is very small, consisting of one Endodontist and one Assistant, and there is no one working at the front desk to check you in/out or respond to emails when you have questions, concerns or inquiries. Dr. Johnson and his staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Johnson took the time to educate me on my tooth issue and possible treatment options. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Johnson was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made sure I could understand the procedure, and he also clearly explained the financials himself, ensuring that I had no problems at all from start to finish. Please make an effort to understand your insurance. Found out we were not covered after your staff verified my insurance card prior to the treatment and detailed the procedure that you would follow to get reimbursed. Treatment was performed and we were notified several weeks later it was not covered. Fortunately or unfortunately insurance coverage is a fact of life and your practice failed at understanding proper communication with patient with regards to this.
