I only use Brielle's Rug Cleaning to clean my rugs. I'm a long time client and can honestly say I've only had great experiences with this company. The communication is excellent from start to finish, the technicians are always on time, I never pay more than I am quoted, any questions I have I receive only the upmost respect, patience and knowledgeable responses. I can really go on about this company. If you're looking for the best rug cleaning company in NYC, Brielle's Rug Cleaning is the only company you should hire.

This company is a cover for a group of scam artists that show up at your house with inadequate equipment, then they overcharge you for basic cleaning and leave your rugs wet and still filthy. They did not honor the price posted in their ad and left all of the spots in my carpet untreated. I originally called USA Carpet because I saw their ad on Living Social, but they subcontracted the work out to a company called Green Clean Carpet Cleaning (see my negative review of them too).
