I'm so happy I found Brielle's Rug Cleaning. Scheduling my appointment was easy, the technicians arrived on time, right in front of me they inspected my rugs, they were honest and my pricing was reasonable. My rugs came out very clean. I'll be back for my yearly cleaning.

Excellent firm. Brielle's Rug Cleaning is fantastic at that rug cleaning and care! I was able to book a same day appointment and my area rugs were returned within a week looking, feeling and smelling super clean. Best rug cleaners around. Thanks very much for everything.

I previously rated Brielle's Carpet with 2 stars, but apart from the complaints contact not getting back to me, Google emailed me a response from this company on 27 September saying a company representative would be in touch with me soon. Again, no-one has contacted me and reason for a now 1 star rating.

Brielle's Rug Cleaning performed an immaculate cleaning of all the carpets and then some in our building. We took advantage of the pandemic while our office building was forced to close, we decided to perform a cleaning from top to bottom and the majority of it was done by Brielle's Rug Cleaning, really this company is truly amazing. They provided cleaning services for the carpets, the oversized rugs at the entrance hall of each floor along with upholstery cleaning. I was also surprised they provide woodlot services too.
