Terrible customer service
I would never recommend using them. If I can give zero stars I would. I’ve been going here for many years and I had a bad experience so I switched to see Dr. Kellan and because of how great of a doctor he is I stayed with the practice just seeing him. When I became pregnant and they stated that I have to see all physicians I asked if I could please bring my husband or someone with me to meet all of the doctors so I didn’t have to meet them alone and we could get a feel for them as to who would be delivering our baby. AWFUL, AWFUL DID I MENTION PATHETIC TOO 29 YEARS A PATIENT , sad they are bad now.. Google wont let me leave no star unfortunate I have to be fake and give one star ( realistically they get negative 5 stars) Furthermore, it is a dump, outdated and unethical treatment by the staff .
I was a patient here for many years, like at least ten; maybe 15. They are adequate for yearly paps - but I was not thoroughly advised of all my options regarding uterine fibroids. I requested an MRI for accurate imaging and was denied that by Dr. Saez Lacey. When I finally had one prior to a surgery with another practice, I had about ten more fibroids than ultrasounds at Brielle Obygn showed. Also I was treated rudely by the records person every single time I interacted with her. Would not recommend.
