I had a very disappointing experience. I paid in advance for an electrolysis hair removal appointment, but the provider never showed up. I waited for 25 minutes with no communication or explanation. This is completely unprofessional and a waste of my time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please be careful before booking.
