Doctor was good the receptionists could definitely be a little nicer
What a joke. Advertise walk-in clinic but do not have any walk-in physicians.
Our family recently became new patients of Dr. Ezi, and we are incredibly grateful to have found him. From the start, he has shown exceptional care, professionalism, and compassion. Dr. Ezi diagnosed my husband with high blood pressure and quickly got him started on the right medication. His follow-up and attention to detail have been fantastic, giving us great peace of mind. I called and booked an appt with Dr Poothencheri regarding a lump I found. They opted to book me for telephone consult. I informed her of the lump I found and she said IT IS NOTHING TO BE WORRIED ABOUT. NO TESTS were done. NO PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT were done and she didn’t require any of these either. . I did second opinion from another doctor and gave me ultrasound requisition then followed by series of tests and came back to be CANCER. If I believed Dr Poothencheri and if I did not advocate for myself I will be walking around... read more
