UPDATE: February 28, 2025. I really want to maintain my 5 star review but unfortunately there have been some developments since I wrote it. Recently I reviewed the proposal and invoice that I received from Bridlewood, both stated that the HVAC equipment quoted and installed was manufactured by Mitsubishi which is well known as top of the line. The equipment installed is actually Mits Air which is manufactured in China by a company called Medea. I checked Mitsubishi’s website, they do not manufacture their heat pumps in China... read more

John and his son were quick, efficient and did everything they said they would, when they said they would, installing a new furnace for us even though it was mid December and there had been major snowstorms. And they left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
