We made an excellent decision going with Bridlewood for our ductless air conditioner in our cottage. John was great in helping us pick the right unit and Carson did a superb job with the installation. Taking time to make sure we knew how to operate it and he went the extra mile to get the outside unit in a spot where it would not be noticed. What a great team!
We had an issue with our water heater, and Carson from Bridlewood was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. He was honest, trustworthy, and explained everything clearly. We really appreciated his professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bridlewood to anyone who asked!
Carson was just amazing. We can’t believe how quick and professional the service was. We even lost power for 4 days, but Carson and John juggled things around to get the job finished even with the unexpected circumstances. Installation looks so clean. The units make the cottage so livable and comfortable. Best decision and investment that we have made, it will really extend the season of the cottage.
Bridlewood Mechanical recently installed an air conditioning system at our lake front home. Carson , the technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took great care to ensure the installation was not by the easiest pathway but out of sight and well supported He had the patience to teach me how to use it and the minimal mtce requirements I don’t normally post like this but in this instance Bridlewood deserves recognition for excellent service John
