Bridlewood Mechanical recently installed an air conditioning system at our lake front home. Carson , the technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took great care to ensure the installation was not by the easiest pathway but out of sight and well supported He had the patience to teach me how to use it and the minimal mtce requirements I don’t normally post like this but in this instance Bridlewood deserves recognition for excellent service John
Very quick to install new A/C in middle of heat wave. Insulation very well done, neat and clean with explanation how it worked. Would recommend any time. Thanks Bridlewood.
John and Carson were incredible. Worked quickly with John to determine the right size unit for our cottage. They had no issue with a water access project and came well prepared. Carson did an exceptional job with the installation and took the time to explain how it all worked. Highly recommend Bridlewood Mechanical!! 5 star service.
UPDATE: February 28, 2025. I really want to maintain my 5 star review but unfortunately there have been some developments since I wrote it. Recently I reviewed the proposal and invoice that I received from Bridlewood, both stated that the HVAC equipment quoted and installed was manufactured by Mitsubishi which is well known as top of the line. The equipment installed is actually Mits Air which is manufactured in China by a company called Medea. I checked Mitsubishi’s website, they do not manufacture their heat pumps in China... read more
