Closing at 6pm on a Friday is not smart. Trying to do any house chores early is stunted because of your early closure. Ruined my Friday night by making me come back on Saturday morning
I was disappointed today when shopping for a vanity. Saw one that was in a box and asked staff if it would be possible to see what it looks like in real life. An older sales associate referred me to a younger sales associate. That young man said it is not possible. I expressed how disappointing that was. No response. My husband and I left. Would love to support local, but this service was severely lacking.
I was dissatisfied with my experience at this Home Hardware location. In November 2025, my colleague and I visited this store to drop off several FedEx packages. Before unloading, we asked a front-counter employee whether we should use the front or back entrance. We were directed to the back entrance by staff. Tidy store and very friendly staff. Was easily able to find what I was looking for.
I didn’t get the young ladies name. Smiled, said good morning, have a great day. I had to return a damaged item. No push back, nothing. Fantastic customer service!!!
