My wife and I purchased a home in this community and the most jarring part of this experience has been the lack of the home builder's integrity on keeping true to their final walkthough forms. Throughout the final walkthrough, we were informed that our garage door is a temporary one and that the insulated door it is supposed to come with the purchase of our home, will be put in once it is received (delayed to supply constraints is what we were told).
