I never received an email from FedEx, but the packages arrived on the date FedEx predicted they would. The ramps are quite nice and really make a difference. Thanks for a good product and good service.
I visited the owner's home last week and had the opportunity to drive down his steep driveway into the street. It was quite an incline, and normally my car would have bottomed out once it rolled over the curb into the street. The owner John Curry, of course, had his great product installed and my car sailed smoothly over what would have been an otherwise bumpy curb.
