The doctors and most of the reception staff are polite and professional, but Aman’s behavior is extremely disappointing. She is arrogant, speaks loudly, and lacks basic communication etiquette. Her rude attitude creates a very unpleasant experience for patients.
5 star care ——————— My brother had a large arm laceration(cut) and Dr. Musleh saw us within 30 minutes when the ER wait was over 8 hours. His care and suture technique were excellent. As a physician, I was very impressed—highly recommend Dr. Musleh and Bridgwater Medical.
I was disappointed with my experience at this place. The front desk staff, Suman, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt that the customer service was very poor and unpleasant. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the experience for future customers.
We had a terrible experience with a receptionist named Suman. From the very beginning, her service attitude was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. First, she told us the waiting time would be 30 minutes. After waiting one full hour, we went to ask why it was taking so long, and she casually said the doctor was late. A bit of waiting time, but every staff were friendly. Dr. Abdallah Musleh was fantastic - such a friendly person who really cares. I’m super satisfied with the service and treatment I got from this clinic.
