My experiences with Simon at Bridgman Eyecare, Dunedin, have always been of the highest professional standard-yet Simon is able to leave the corporate coat behind and relate to his patient as a kindly, generous and compassionate caregiver.
I had my second examination and was blown away with the service. From the reception through the examination to the selection of the frames. Some concern was found over my eyes and before I had left I was told that my results had already been looked over and I was being referred to the specialist. I felt extremely looked after and definitely did not feel like just another bum in their seat. Lookin forward to a second check in in 6 months.
