Yeah I wouldn't even have put the first star up here but this is the only way I could leave this review this place is completely unprofessional I have worked here so I am well aware of the goings-on and it's it's really sad that they haven't been shut down yet not only are they mentally abusing the clients but they have this kind of like a family thing going on there so I would really steer clear hopefully more than enough complaints will come through that something might be done about it pray for them please. The previous reviews left for Bridging the Gap is totally untrue. The company have been a 5 STAR graded the state going on 20 years and her operation proves it. I have experienced nothing, but awesomeness and the consumers are amazing. They attend G-R-A-B events as well as help out when needed. G-R-A-B loves BTG for the quality of care they provide for them consumers. It is AMAZING.

The Director is very unprofessional, defensive and insensitive! I visited this facility to take a tour, for my adult son who is Autistic, and consider applying for the Day Center! My son has been a client at several facilities and only left due to the family relocating! I’ve never been talked down to or disrespected in the manner in which she spoke to me.
