I have to say, this has been incredibly reckless and unprofessional. Moving forward, please don’t charge people consultation fees if you’re not even going to provide the bare minimum in terms of consultation and follow-up. In fact, it’s not just the lack of follow-up, you don’t even respond when clients reach out with follow-up questions. That’s completely unacceptable. No one deserves to pay for this level of service. It feels deceptive, and it’s honestly disrespectful.

I had a very disappointing experience today at Namaste Indian Store. After purchasing groceries, I went outside to have pani puri. The person serving the food was chewing tobacco while preparing and serving customers’ food, which I found extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. There were already three customers ahead of me, and I was next in line.
