I see a lot of great reviews down here so maybe it was just a bad day for them. Came in with a sub tank which is blowing fuses when trying to use it. labor isn’t cheap but it is what it is one of the mechanics found the exposed wire that’s causing the issue which he took the tank off for, they had same wire and connectors behind and they knew I couldn’t say no as I was already paying for multiple hour of labor and charged me 100$ for that wire got my car back after they swapped in the new wire the sub tank was working great ... read more
Was able to fit me in straight away and got my alternator replaced under 2hours for a reasonable price
I came in because my car was going into limp mode with an overboost error. Jarrod immediately took a look under the hood and advised me to clean some sensors and replace the air filter. He didn’t try to book us in for unnecessary work, which would have cost us time and money. Thanks to his advice, $40 later and we were back on the road! Thank you!
Broke down around 150km from Esperance, called Bridgey’s to ask if they could check out our Prado if we got it towed to the garage. We were kindly told they were busy but would check it out for us. Sadly, the repairs went beyond what we were willing to pay (new engine), but the hospitality and customer service were top notch. Thanks again.
