I've been selling cabinetry for over 30 years, many different showrooms and manufacturer's lines. Bridgewood Cabinetry comes in better than some of the more expensive lines that I have sold. Bridgewood is a smaller company than a lot of others and have more personalized service, including real humans instead of AI chatbots to solve your problems. Manufacturer described cabinets as being “custom” (they’re not) and made from solid wood (they’re actually very low quality plywood veneer). The cabinets do not fit in my kitchen, and I had to take one cabinet out just to make it work. Now I am out $2,000 for that, because I can’t even get a refund. I ordered full overlay, and only half of the doors are actually full overlay. Lastly, these cabinets started falling apart after only 2 months. Such a rip off!!
Horrible quality. The paint immediately chipped off my kitchen cabinets, customer service only works with dealers, not customers, and they wanted $168 dollars for a pint of paint when I finally found a dealer to order one for me. Ridiculous.
The previous owner of my home had Bridgewood Cabinets installed. I wanted to purchase a new run of cabinets with the same door profile for an addition I have planned. I have contacted Bridgewood Cabinetry no less than five times to find a local dealer. I have given my contact info every time I’ve called, but I’ve never received a call back.
I've been in the cabinet business for 33 years and have sold many different lines of cabinets. Bridgewood is absolutely my favorite company of all time!!! I've been selling Bridgewood going on 14 years and I have to say the customer service and product are like no other.
