All the bad reviews are true. Please do not place your loved ones here, my grandpa was placed here for a short term he was hospice so we knew we wouldn’t be here long and gave the place a chance despite the bad reviews, because of the location. Rounds were barely ever done, hours went by and nobody would come in to reposition or check his pain. We would constantly have to go out and ask, sometimes they couldn’t find or see the orders for the medications that we knew were already acknowledged and approved by the hospice team.... read more
