RecommendedAt different times, both of my parents have been residents of Bridgeway, having transitioned over from Avalon assisted living. I could not be more pleased with their care. my mother in law was there for rehab after being in the hospital for over 3 weeks. By the end of her therapy her strength better then it was prior to hospitalization. She was grateful and loved the CNAs and her nurses. Continuity of care Huge
My sister transferred from a nursing home in Hamilton and we are so pleased. The care she is getting is exceptional . You can tell they love their jobs and are willing to help in every way. Thank you
Very bad management.......harrasing employee for the vacation and say off even if ask in advanced.....and not following the hand book which they give you in first day of orientation......
Our Mom has been in the Bridgeway Care and Rehabilitation system in Hillsborough for ten years. She started in the assisted living facility and, for the past five years, has been in the long-term care facility. Jessica and all of the staff of the long-term care are very caring, compassionate, and loving individuals yet very professional. Our Mom is very well cared for in a clean, safe and beautiful facility. Mom is very happy here and super busy. When I call she is never in her room, to busy playing bingo, having snack and participating in all sorts of activities. What was a difficult decision turned out to be the best thing for her.
