The GPS and the medical team are brilliant but this practice is being let down by the rude reception team, They seem more interested in getting you off the phone asap without an appointment. A change of HOW the reception team treat people is MUCH NEEDED.

Everything said about Dr Anandappa below is correct. The problem with this man is he is a Narcissist. He has zero empathy and compassion, is condescending, patronises and belittles you. No people skills at all. Most of the staff are great, Dr Kiran is a good doctor. She listens, is intuitive, and most importantly has empathy. The reply off them below is all lies. I came to Britain from Ukraine and I was very disappointed with their attitude towards their patients, I signed up for a nose X-ray, waited three weeks and as a result no one informed me, they just forgot about me + when I started calling to find out what was the matter, I was redirected to three different clinics, in general it is better to be treated in a private clinic.
