I am incredibly disappointed with Bridgeway Integrated Services. I attempted to have my medical records transferred, but they made the process impossible and left me feeling disrespected. Despite calling, leaving messages, and visiting their office, I was unable to get a hold of them for several weeks. They never returned my calls or did what I asked after speaking with them over the phone. I love Dr. Broadhead! She’s so kind and takes the time to listen, ask questions, and educate. Her medical assistant is also awesome at communicating and getting whatever I need sent through. I’ve been with her for several years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Kendall with ANEW made my experience so nice. He walked me through every step and kept me informed on what to expect. He also contacted me afterwards to see how I was doing after the procedure. I would and will be going there again.
I had made my appointment 5 weeks in advance. I never received any confirmation or follow up information from Anew besides the client intake forms, which I spent over an hour filling out. Day of arrives and I call multiple times and leave multiple messages, I assumed my appointment would be a telehealth appointment as I never received any information otherwise from Anew.
