Bridgeway Health clinic helped me through a medical emergency back in September. Dr McCain took her time with me and reviewed all of my records from the hospital. She discussed my treatment options. Nurse Hope and office manager Darcy was able to get my referrals sent with labs and records to my specialty doctors. I would recommend this facility to everyone I know.
I needed an authorization for my specialty doctor and called for assistance. Within minutes my authorization was submitted and approved and I was able to keep my appointment! All the staff at the clinic are amazing and always willing to help.
It would be nice if they answered their phones
I started going here in February and am very pleased. I am type 2 diabetic and have high blood pressure as well as some other medical conditions. The whole staff has been so caring and compassionate to me. I was having trouble getting a medication for my diabetes and as soon as I was seen the next day my insurance approved it. I love my nurse practioner, she is very thorough and never rushes through our appointment. I'd give more stars if I could.
