Receptionist was wonderful. Getting stuck 4 times unsuccessfully was not
They charged me 298.30 for a ct scan and my insurance claim said my responsibility was 15.00. I have called their office and the billing department and they either say to call back, leave a message, or transfer me to different people. I have an MRI pending which they want to charge me another 300. I still have not seen a reimbursement even though my insurance said they need to reimbursement me. This is terrible service.
Was sent here as a rush appt by PCP. Had never been here before. Was very happy with the front desk staff. They took time to make sure everything was in order. Got right back for my x-rays. The tech was great! No complaints about the visit whatsoever so ever. Thanks !
Staff is totally unprofessional. I had an appointment at 9 am and they told me it was at 11:40. They also told me that I had to pay $475 upfront. They refused to take my Tricare Insurance. I would not recommend them at all! Rude and unprofessional.
