The 5 stars are for Jennifer (front desk) at Bridgeway in north Columbus because she was GREAT! Very kind, professional, and very welcoming. She explained all things with my paperwork and made certain I was signed up for the portal to ensure I got results as soon as they were available. The lady who performed my mammogram? Bridgeway Diagnostic of COLUMBUS GA has been holding on to my OVERPAYMENT since September 2024. When I called the office in March 2025, this was when the overpayment was brought to my attention. No one called nor did the system generate the overpayment, it just sat there (just as many others that do not claim the funds).
