There is friendly staff, I am getting ready to graduate and feel like they don't have enough resources, they don't seem to have really any support for people who are graduating. I also go to another chance in Portland oregon. They have an alumni program for people who are graduating, u can get medical rides to and from another chance. Another doesn't care whether or not u have not insurance. I completed my DUI program with Bridgeway on December 23, 2025. Yet Bridgeway and my counselor Wanda have failed to notify the courts or DMV of my completion. I have been requesting my records on numerous occasions for the past two months just to be given the wrong document which they admitted to, told me they would provide the correct certificate by Wednesday February 23. It’s a good place to add to your recovery services. It’s my first time as a client here but not my first time being here so I have a little background for my review. They have a small coffee shop here too. Staff are nice, there’s elevators and stairs, rescheduling and cancelling is very easy when needed and I never felt judged at all. In fact I felt welcomed. One day at a time ❤️🩹
