I’ve been going to this dentist because it’s close by. The hygienists have been great. I’ll be switching to a different dentist after all the issues I’ve had at their front desk. Today was the second time they’ve messed up my appointment along with other communication issues. I show up and there’s apparently no record of a confirmed appointment (an appointment which was made at my last visit). I distinctly remember confirming to their text message reminder. After I visited them . Got charged me 100 Can and they told me will send me a quotation assessment of my options? But I got Nothing from them ! Looks like they only interested in rich clients. I am very upset about this visiting!!!!!!! And they did some exams and charged to my insurance too !!! Over above 450 Canadian dollars . I got NOTHING ! I am not recommended this dental clinic !
It went very good. Very informative, caring about my teeth is their first priority. Best dental work you can find.
