Do your self a favour and work with ANYONE other than this business. When the business was sold to Kieran Clark it went downhill at a rapid pace. Where do I begin… I live out of province and depended on this company to handle my tenanted property. I had to hound him to have rent delivered. My tenants made countless attempts to reach out for help but they were consistently ignored. We are in Ontario and have used Fraser MacQueen to rent a house on the South Shore of Nova Scotia. He has made the process effortless and working with him has been a pleasure. I would not hesitate to recommend him for all your property needs. Update: May 2024. My original post was written shortly after we moved into the pictured house in Milton, N.S. This company came under new ownership; the previous owners were awesome, very attentive and earned the 4+ stars. The new administration do not deserve the rating. It is a war and a hassle to have even the simplest requests addressed; which has not happened often, most of our requests were ignored.
