Unfortunately, when Al sold this business to the current owners the quality of service disappeared. Two years ago I paid for a leaf net cover they recommended I buy, and they never delivered it. After following up and receiving no response, I purchased one from another company. I've asked for a refund and was told they would check their records, but have received no response since. Poor customer service. Bought a brand new pump and filter That was used three months before the pool was shut down. Open. The pool the next year and there was a crack in the housing. They came out and fixed it with epoxy . I was told it was under warranty and it would be replaced fast forward to this year and still not replaced.
