Great people. Emma was very helpful.
Was just there to get water tested. She talked poorly of former employee and I asked 3 time to get water tested, she continued to say, yes I can but. I couldn't get her off the stool. Very poor service
I refuse to go back to these guys because the two times I did they miscalculated my pool size and sold me a bunch of chemicals that had then gone to waste because there was no stabilizer in my pool either. When Al owned this business if was FLAWLESS. Every year my pool was open in 48 hours and his systems always worked. Thousand of dollar you’ll spend now with the current owners and still have a green pool. When I tried to text them pictures as they asked for I never did get a response back from them. Drove from shelburne to pick up parts they assured us they had. They did not have the parts. Would never recommend.
