Jace provided an exceptional service at installing a new hot water heater. He was kind, professional, trustworthy, and delivered the service promptly. I would highly recommend his services.
Jace was prompt (he arrived 5 minute early for the installation), including the initial callout late Friday, and kept us well informed throughout the process. His work is clean and tidy, with nothing to clean up after he finished. He was prepared to fit an emergency water heater, although it wasn't needed. That would have been very important if we couldn't manage the leak. A weekend without hot water is not a pleasant thought. He's also a nice person, even my grumpy old dog liked him...
Jace does very high quality work at an affordable price. He did a brand new dishwasher install for us and we are more than happy with his workmanship. We will definitely use him again.
They did not even bother to acknowledge my request let alone respond. Clearly they do not need or want my business.
