I am writing this review to warn anyone thinking of moving a loved one to Encore Village. Hopefully I can save other families the stress and heartache we had to endure. My mom moved there in 2017. She signed a legal contract giving them her life's savings in exchange for Life Care. After the facility changed owners things went downhill quickly. Trusted employees were suddenly gone along with the bank, pharmacy, dentist and doctor's offices. Food quality went downhill and extra fees were tacked on to every little thing. The f... read more
I had a wonderful experience with the two young ladies who were kind enough to explain things to me and ensure I understood everything clearly. They possess a truly lovely demeanor when assisting people; may God bless them always for being so kind and polite.
