I thought this was a good place for my mother. Very clean and everybody very kind. My mother was there for 20 days. After she got home, she proceeded to tell me about the night shift. CNA told her to not call her if she had to pee but the pee in her diaper. I also found out that she had three showers in 21 days. This is so unfit and uncalled for for the elderly that cannot defend themselves.

This is also for the Assisted Living side of this campus... The current administrator for BWP ALF is arrogant, ego driven and self-centered. She is way over her head, having never managed a senior living facility or has had any professional training in "people skills"! She is mean to the residents that she deems "high maintenance", mocking them or speaks to them condescending tones. I currently work as a Director at BRIDGEWATER PARK. I can’t say enough about thr love and support I receive from my Admininstor my right hand and staff! Doing what is right is the most important to our building!

I had my wife there for 1 day and it was so bad I pulled her out AMA. She suffers from dementia although not bad she gets upset and confused. When they transported her from the hospital they wouldn’t let me in they just took her in and dumped her in bed. She didn’t know anybody she didn’t know where she was. This could have all been avoided if I could have just went in for a few minutes to calm her. Then the next day they again told me I couldn’t see her. At that time I went and got her.
