We’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Choi. Both of my kids are patients here for over 5 years, and from the very first consultation we felt completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly, the treatment options were laid out thoughtfully, and we never felt rushed in making decisions. Horrible practice, my sons had braces done here. They charge for everything, spent an additional $500 on broken brackets. When I brought this up they have a homemade sheet stating that they use the strongest adhesive allowed, red flag number one. I had to return so many times because the assistant who did the adjustments left jagged wires. I have spoken with several other practices that do not charge for broken brackets. He is meticulous in his work, just as anyone would want in an orthodontist. My son and I have been seeing Dr. Choi for a combined 4 years or so. I highly recommend Dr Choi to anyone needing an orthodontist. He is very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He takes time to explain the treatment plan and answers any questions or concerns you may have.
