Bridgewater Motor Works' professionalism, especially under manager Greg Burchette's supervision, raises concerns. My visit was prompted by a recurring clicking noise from my car's front right axle. Mechanics diagnosed it as a right front differential issue, and I trusted their expertise. Unfortunately, the noise persisted post-repair, leading me to report the issue.
