I received a bill from Medic Rescue for an ambulance service on February 12, 2026. When I was at the hospital I told them that the VA is my provider considering that I am a Disabled Veteran. However, I was unaware that the two are different services. With that said after receiving the bill of $1011.43, I called the VA for assistance. They proceeded to call Medic Rescue. Rude, unprofessional. Honestly, the majority of the EMTs & paramedics are a complete joke. They act as if they are as qualified as doctors or Nurses ..when it’s obvious their training is minimal. Overheard them making fun of/complaining about my grandmother, whom had fallen & broke her femur. Absolutely disgraceful. DO YOUR JOB
Terrible, waited 40 mins. Never arrived. Had to drive to ER .
These people are nothing less then amazing, they have saved my life a couple of times,absolutely the finest human beings on the planet.
