Awesome customer service, my fiance decided he wanted to get 2 glasses engraved last minute after being told by Things Remembered that they could only engrave the top 3/4 inch of the glass. Not only were they able to engrave the glass in the center as requested, but offered next day at no additional charge. Ultimately we decided not to get the engraving done, but they deserve 5 stars for being the only place (out of about 9 that we called between here and Rehoboth) that took the time to talk to us, discuss options and offer ... read more
