Horrible…..absolutely horrible…….called in October to have them come measure our window….by Nov when I still havnt heard back I called again….they finally came in December to measure our window to get a quote…..nothing ever came through, I gave it some time since it was in and around the holidays but by the end of February when nothing had come through I called….spoke with someone and they said they would look into what happened….FOUR PHONE CALLS LATER (it’s now MARCH 20th so effectively 4 MONTHS LATER) and the receptionist ... read more
