I had booked an appt with this place last month. I had to cancel that appt as I was having a fibromyalgia flare up. Made the receptionist aware, on the voicemail I left, that I would call back to make another appt. I had my fiancé call for me to book another appt, same place, just a gew days ago and was told that the dentist there had no interest in taking me on as a client as I missed my first appointment. Dr Matthew Carmichael and his team have bailed me out of two dental emergencies now. Had me in within a couple of hours of calling , and treated that day feeling better. Very grateful for taking me on short notice and fixing me up that day
Booked an appt months ago only for them to call three days before and try to rebook for six months later, joke
