I moved out here from Ontario and found this dental office right away. The front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful. My new hygienist is sweet and efficient. Today Dr Matt went out of his way to help me when a retainer wire came unstuck and needed to be glued down. I always feel seen, heard and important in this office which, honestly, is high priority as a 73 y.o. woman.
Went in to talk to a dentist on a major job needing done. I understand they need Exrays in order to make a diagnosis but when you do not know if you can cover the cost and wish to know up front so I can cover it be told "Either you want it done or you don't"! I am betting he doesn't buy a car without knowing if he could afford it or not so why tell me I need to answer "yes or no" and not ask how much will it cost.
