The board discriminates against tenants, denies them access to their amenities, and refuses to fix a safety issue regarding a bike lock they put on the emergency exit of the pool. DO NOT RENT OR LIVE HERE DUE TO THE HOA!!!
"The role of the Board of DIrectors(HOA). They shall at all times perform duties and establish policies that are in the interest of the ENTIRE COMMUNITY."(not just for your own building and/or parking spots). Use to be a nice clean community, not so much anymore. Not really a safe place to walk at night if your a female(woman), many unlit areas. Pool is very small. Next to train tracks.
