We have dealt with Bridgewater in the past and most recently bought a home at the Villas of Keaton Woods. We absolutely love it here and our experience has been great. From Mark Murphy who is so helpful and knowledgeable to everyone else we have interacted with we cannot say enough good things.

Very friendly! Very slow to respond to issues, and you have to keep up with calling them to get them to respond.
Excellent Experience with Bridgewater Communities We had a great experience building our dream Villa. Mark walked us through the process. We took our time picking out the lot, style, exterior and interior. The timelines were followed and we enjoyed watching it being built. Our decision to purchase a Villa from Bridgewater Communities was the best one we ever made. From start to finish the whole staff at Bridgewater Communities kept us informed at every turn.
