High praise for the crew at Bridgewater Collision in Clinton NJ. They are upfront about pricing, timelines, and cost. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!
Chris and team at the Clinton shop did a terrific job. He understood that I was coming out of pocket for repairs to my daughter's car and helped me keep the costs low and was transparent throughout the process. Picked up a beautifully repaired car and cleaned up as well (bonus points). I would gladly recommend this shop.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be very careful before bringing your vehicle here. In my experience, they did not repair my car properly and failed to mention several issues that were still wrong with it. On top of that, they charged me a significant amount of money for poor-quality work. I feel that I was treated unfairly, and I would not trust this shop with my vehicle again. If you’re looking for honest, reliable service, I recommend taking your car somewhere else.
If you get your vehicle repaired by these unqualified and non certified people then have a real shop check the work. If you’ve had heavy hits know that today’s vehicle rails cannot be repaired but this will and that’s unsafe. Stay away
My wife had her car repaired here. Car had minor damages - mainly cosmetic issues and a light that needed to be replaced. Repair came back $11,000. They called for a replacement of anything and everything that was in the remote area of the small collision. That’s fine - I have insurance and I paid the deductible.
