My wife had her car repaired here. Car had minor damages - mainly cosmetic issues and a light that needed to be replaced. Repair came back $11,000. They called for a replacement of anything and everything that was in the remote area of the small collision. That’s fine - I have insurance and I paid the deductible. Incredible work! They made my car look like new after front end damage from a deer. They communicated the timeline of the repair well and do top notch repair and body work.
So I have a crazy story I was on my way to bring my cat to the vet. He would not stop meowing so I let him out of the crate . he stopped meowing but he decided it was gonna be a good idea to hide under the front passenger seat and proceed to get stuck there. Update: That said, after my experience, manager Burns personally reached out to apologize and addressed a headlight issue promptly. He was professional, pleasant, and made an effort to make things right, which I do appreciate. Very poor communication and overall frustrating experience. My vehicle was at this shop for about three weeks and it was extremely difficult to get updates.
