Bought a truck from them on 1/28. Today’s 4/13 and I still don’t have a title. I keep getting the run around from the salesman and cannot get a straight answer on where my title is. Now I miraculously have a tracking number for my title when I specifically told the salesman and title clerk that I did not want it shipped I wanted to pick it up so it didn’t get lost in the mail. 10/10 will not buy another vehicle from Bridgewater Chevy.
The people were extremely friendly. They had the part on hand that I needed for my 96 Chevy. They even gave me a pen and a Chevy logo hat which was extremely nice. Easy to get to plenty of parking. Not handicap accessible. The parts department is downstairs.
