I am literally disappointed with GM service. I can be proud only on one thing that not being able to fix my car from service center and without even inspection returning my car where i had to inform the issues to the dealership after my service on the same day. Also i would say i got lucky to receive loner car because it was service center issue. I didn’t receive loner car on first go. 1 star only because Kyle and the Finance Manager were professional and helpful. The sales team was great, but the service department was very disappointing. My service report stated that my vehicle received a car wash, but when I asked, I was told they don’t do car washes. I also saw other customers’ vehicles being washed while mine wasn’t. I also reported that my rear-view camera quality had become poor. The service advisor told me that the camera quality on the Traverse is “normal” and that nothing could be done. Never get any car from this location and from GM. Never received any bad service across America ever than this location! I can provide more information, names of sales person and also higher authority with proof.

Went to a few dealerships and Bridgewater Chevy was the best experience by far. Everyone here made the process so smooth and made it easy to say yes to a car I love! Shout out to Dan who was incredibly kind and never pushy. Very clearly more interested in finding someone the right car for them than trying to push a sale! Couldn't have been a better experience!
