DOOOO NOT work here or send your family here. it is a mess. the facility is disgusting with mold in areas. One resident had there room STACKED high full of garbage. You could not even go onto the floor this person lived on without the smelling the room. the room was filled with garbage and mold. i was a terrible sight to behold and when i brought it up to staff they said she could do what she wanted and that she had permission from THE ADMINISTRATOR. i was really sad sight to see but not the only thing. i witnessed a nurse v... read more
RecommendedI am very pleased with the level of communication I am receiving during this COVID crisis. While other NY nursing homes have been hit hard, Bridgewater has succeeded in protecting the residents and staff. I have been receiving weekly updates. Thank you for protecting my mother and keeping me updated. it has gone a long way towards easing my mind since I live so far away and worry about her daily.
I can't give specifics. I wouldn't send an enemy there.
i do not recommend putting your loves ones in here they do not give a crap about their patients.My grandmother was in there for about a month for rehabilitation they let her lose 26 pounds she was very malnourished and very weak couldn't even walk and now she possibly has sepsis

when my grandfather needed to be placed in the facility, the staff took care of him despite how difficult it was (he had advanced dementia and was pretty aggressive at times) but they did a good job keeping him comfortable as possible until the end ❤️

The best thing is to shut this place down my brother died there, was having chest pain and shortness of breath andtold the dr doesnt come in til monda yhe pleaded and his wife and daughter to go to the hospital, he died there ,that night The staff killed him so uncaring young people only there for a paycheck , i Am not a nurse and know that means heart issue . I hope they shut down a life can never brought back, They have to be acountable
Bridgewater is such a beautiful place! Whenever I walk in I am greeted so nicely and everyone seems so friendly. The administration is always very helpful and friendly as well whenever I visit! Everyone who works there seems to really care about their residents, and their visitors. 5 stars!!!
