We built with Bridgewater and our loungeroom air conditioner stopped blowing cold air in the middle of summer. We thought it was a simple issue with the unit and had it replaced. That unit blew out cold air for about 4 hours. The electricians inspected it to find during the original build through Bridgewater had kinked the line and the electrical conduit was melted from Bridgewater trying to fix it. Bridgewater has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Initially, they were very attentive and professional, constantly calling and providing updates while we were in the process of negotiating and planning the house we wanted to build. However, once the house was completed, the service took a drastic turn. Despite numerous defects in the construction, none of our calls, emails, or messages have been acknowledged.
