The folks at Uptown are friendly and efficient. They would be even better if corporate would spend some money to upgrade their equipment. There is something wonderful about banking in a friendly environment!
Noah the manager insisted that I was unable to cash a check written out to me by my trust. They claim I’m not a beneficiary, that may be true. Regardless, there is plenty of money in the account and they refuse to cash it until they “speak with the account trustee”. I’m under the assumption that anyone with a check written out to them can be cashed with the bank.
