This gym essentially charged me for two memberships, and I’m done with them.I renewed my membership and paid for a full year. Six months later, staff told me I had never renewed even though they had paperwork showing that I did, with the owner’s name listed as the person who took my payment.Because my wife was working out there and I wanted to be there to help her, I went ahead and signed up again, just like I’ve done for the past 10 years. I came in today in hopes to try this location. I recently moved back to the area so I was hoping to try the bridgewater location. When I walked in the front desk people continued to talk instead of greeting me which I was standing right in front of them. This was not welcoming at all. They asked if I had been to 24/7 fitness before and I said yes, a few years back in Harrisonburg. They then said I could not use the gym with the 3-day pass and offered no other resolution, whether that was to buy a membership or whatever else.... read more

Great atmosphere and all the necessary equipment/free weights needed to achieve your personal gym goals! Highly recommend!
