I just recently started attending this gym and it’s been the most supportive and welcoming experience. They have something for everyone here like the women’s-only area and different areas like the EliteFit area and it’s so accommodating! The classes here are also so great! Not only are the coaches supportive, but they also provide that 1:1 support or feedback! On top of that, the make the classes so fun!! I definitely recommend this gym any day!!

Pretty good little gym at an affordable price! They have a decent variety of equipment and staff is friendly. Only complaint is the lack of group classes. Bridgewater only offers yoga once a week. Would be great to have a couple more options, or include a couple monthly class passes for the Harrisonburg location.

Its a local gym with a lot of amenities with friendly and helpful staff. Pricing is reasonable

Great gym with modern equipment and a clean, welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and supportive, and the trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. It’s a comfortable place to work out and stay consistent with fitness goals. I’m very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend it.

This gym essentially charged me for two memberships, and I’m done with them.I renewed my membership and paid for a full year. Six months later, staff told me I had never renewed even though they had paperwork showing that I did, with the owner’s name listed as the person who took my payment.Because my wife was working out there and I wanted to be there to help her, I went ahead and signed up again, just like I’ve done for the past 10 years.
