I lived in Building 4 (the one facing the railroad) for a year, and unfortunately, it was the most stressful living experience I’ve had. The biggest issue is the constant noise. The trains run extremely close to the building, and the horns go off almost every night -it regularly woke us up. On top of that, there is frequent noise from the parking lot of the opposite building. It’s not unusual for someone to blast music at 5 a.m. or for a car alarm to go off for hours overnight. Its a wonderful facility and apartments. But the elevator in the lobby has been out for 6+ months and now elevators in my building are getting unreliable. The complex is really not consistently ADA accessible. Ill update this if it improves… update: it is fixed! And the HOA expressed about as much frustration as the rest of us. Upgrading review to 4 stars but leaving this as a heads up. I’d say there is still some maintenance debt to be paid but they are working on it.
