Raised my rent 1200 dollars last year and they are raising it again this year another 1200 for the year. Meanwhile Colorado rent costs are down. They do not call me back and they do not email me back anymore. All I want to know is how this is justified. Been a resident over 5 years. From helping the community to slum lords.
