I haven’t had positive experiences with medical centres previously and I have to say that I am so happy with the service I have received from Bridgeview. Dr Chen has been soo supportive of me and has really gone out of her way to help with my health issues. I also appreciate the nursing staff at this practice, all have been so nice and helpful. Be prepared to waste 2 hours of your day every time you come here. Firstly you wait an hour for an appointment, then you wait an hour to get a blood test. The lab practitioner, Dalal skipped my number twice and then proceeded to raise her voice claiming that she had called me, in front of all the patients in the waiting area. The doctors here are good but it is truely not worth all the hassle and time you waste. Everytime I come here, it ruins my entire day.

I had a really positive experience at Bridgeview Medical Practice and wanted to acknowledge two wonderful staff members. Pino Yognathan, the receptionist, was absolutely lovely—warm, genuine, and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to assist as much as she could, and her kindness made a real difference. I’d also like to thank Nurse Hazel, who was equally caring and professional. Both of them made the visit much more comfortable and reassuring. Thank you both for your kindness and excellent service.

I had a follow-up appointment with Dr Sanduni Gunatilake after my shoulder surgery to review my pain medication and overall recovery, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She took the time to genuinely listen, understand my situation in detail, and carried out a very thorough check-up without rushing. Her professionalism, care, and attention to detail really stood out. I felt heard, supported, and confident in my recovery plan. Easily the best GP I’ve seen so farhighly recommend
