Excellent service
I had a wonderful experience with the Nurses in the treatment room. They were all lovely and caring. I was very scared for my injection and they talked me through it and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole thing. They showed empathy and respect towards me and I really appreciated it.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Nalayini Sugirthan on 29/09/2025. I arrived at 6:00 pm and was told by reception there would be a 15–20 minute wait, but I ended up waiting for over 1 hour and 10 minutes. When I finally saw the doctor, she seemed rushed, did not listen properly, and quickly prescribed me medication. The doctors at this medical centre are absolutely amazing, very thorough, caring, and professional. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about the front desk. This is the second time I’ve called and the receptionist has been very dismissive, answered with a lot of attitude, and didn’t seem to be listening to my concerns. Bridgeview Medical Practice Toongabbie is one of the best medical centres, with excellent doctors who provide outstanding care. However, some of the reception staff have displayed rude behaviour and at times have refused to provide full information to patients. This kind of attitude not only makes patients feel unwelcome but can also damage the reputation of an otherwise excellent medical centre. At times, it even gives the impression that some staff are working at the desk unwillingly.
