The doctors at this medical centre are absolutely amazing, very thorough, caring, and professional. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about the front desk. This is the second time I’ve called and the receptionist has been very dismissive, answered with a lot of attitude, and didn’t seem to be listening to my concerns. Bridgeview Medical Practice Toongabbie is one of the best medical centres, with excellent doctors who provide outstanding care. However, some of the reception staff have displayed rude behaviour and at times have refused to provide full information to patients. This kind of attitude not only makes patients feel unwelcome but can also damage the reputation of an otherwise excellent medical centre. At times, it even gives the impression that some staff are working at the desk unwillingly.
The women at the reception desk have no idea what to do. They don't know what's going on. I waited two hours for an appointment, even though I had an appointment at that time. I have no complaints about the doctor, but I definitely won't go there again.
