I was a bit rude when I went here last Saturday after discussion with the reception. Told due to power failure they were cancelling appointments. After discussion they agreed for me to come in and have a dressing change. I drove 40 klm only to be told that the staff I made arrangements with had left and with the power outages and no professional to do the dressings etc. they couldn't help. I was pretty upset and was a bit rude to the poor reception staff. I have apologised numerous times since, but that was my bad!!! They ra... read more
